Convertible Top Specialists, a DBA of TR Wade Enterprises Corp, accepts eligible returns within 30 days of purchase.

Returns

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or not as described.

A 20% restocking fee may apply to returned merchandise.

Custom Color and Material Convertible Tops and Boots

Convertible tops and top boots ordered in colors or materials that are not original factory colors or materials for the vehicle are considered custom orders and cannot be returned.

We encourage customers ordering a non-original color or material to contact Convertible Top Specialists before ordering if they have questions about color, material, fitment, or application.

Incorrect, Defective, or Not-as-Described Items

If you receive an incorrect item, a defective item, or an item that is materially different from its description, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution. We offer a money-back guarantee when an item received is not as described in the listing.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
